الملخص: تعدُّ دراسة القواعد الفقهية ذات أهمية كبيرة، إذْ يؤكد الزركشي أهمية القواعد الفقهية: "وهذه قواعد تضبط للفقيه والداعي أصول فقهه ودعوته، وتطلعه من مآخذ الشرع، وإن للقواعد أهمية كبيرة في استحداث أساليب جديدة تعطي الداعي سعة الأفق في تجميل دعوته، وتسهِّل على الدعاة، وطلبة العلم، ضبط أسلوبهم في الدعوة إلى الله، ويمكّن الداعي من اكتساب ملكة دعوية، تجعله قادراً للتعرف على أساليب الدعوة، ومن يتصدر الدعوة فعليه بالعلم بقواعد الشريعة ولاسيما القواعد الفقهية الخمس الكبرى فهي الموصلة إلى تحقيق مقاصد الشرع، فالداعية مرآة دعوته، والنموذج المغير لها، ومعرفة الكليات التي تؤدي بالنتيجة إلى معرفة جزئيات كثيرة، ومن المهم جداً على كل طالب علم شرعي أن يكون له علم ولو في الأقل في القواعد الخمس الكبرى لا جميع القواعد. وإن الخلل الناشئ من بعض الممارسات الدعوية، سببه في كثير من الأحوال، يعود إلى عدم الاهتمام بقواعد الشريعة، وإن لكتابة المباحث الدعوية في ظل هذه القواعد الفقهية الأثر الكبير في ربط الاجتهادات الدعوية برباط شرعي متين منضبط، ويوفر للدعاة مرجعية موثوق بها، خاصة في القواعد الفقهية الكبرى، التي تحظى باتفاق الغالبية من الفقهاء، كما أنها تبين التصرفات الشاذة، التي تمارس في غفلة من الوعي، وغلبة الهوى أو الجهل.

The Jurisprudential Rules and Their Application in Calling to Allah The Rule of "Actions are Judged by Intentions" as an Example
Abstract: The study of jurisprudential rules (Fiqh) is of great importance. Al-Zarkashi emphasizes the significance of these rules, stating: "These rules define the principles of jurisprudence and advocacy for the jurist and the preacher. They enlighten them about the sources of Sharia law. Indeed, these rules play a significant role in innovating new methods, providing the preacher with a broad perspective in enhancing their advocacy. They simplify for preachers and students of knowledge the process of controlling their approach in calling to Allah. It enables the preacher to acquire an advocacy skill, making them capable of recognizing various methods of advocacy. Those who lead the advocacy must be knowledgeable about the rules of Sharia, especially the five major jurisprudential rules, as they are instrumental in realizing the objectives of Sharia. The preacher is a mirror of their advocacy, an agent of change for it. Understanding the general principles leads to the knowledge of many specifics. It is extremely important for every student of religious knowledge to have at least a basic understanding of the five major rules, not all of them. The flaws in some advocacy practices are often due to a lack of attention to Sharia rules. Writing advocacy studies within the framework of these jurisprudential rules has a significant impact in tying advocacy efforts to a strong, regulated Sharia bond. It provides preachers with a reliable reference, especially in the major jurisprudential rules, which are widely agreed upon by most jurists. These rules also highlight abnormal behaviors practiced unconsciously, due to overwhelming desires or ignorance.
